My journey in construction and project management began early — at fourteen — when I helped supervise my family’s home build. Even then, I was fascinated by how thoughtful design and collaboration could turn blueprints into real homes. That curiosity has grown into a career as a Project Manager and Architect with over 7 years of experience leading teams on residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects valued at over $8.5 million.
In India, I worked across architecture and renewable energy, managing everything from residential developments to solar EPC projects that delivered up to 80% savings in electricity costs. This first-hand exposure to the power of solar energy systems and sustainable construction sparked my mission to help build a greener, energy-efficient future.
After moving to Canada in 2022, I expanded my focus by earning graduate certificates in Project Management and Energy Management from Algonquin College. Today, as a Site Supervisor at PriTec Management, I oversee daily site operations to ensure projects meet the highest standards in quality, safety, and schedule — while continuously applying my energy knowledge to real-world construction challenges.
My long-term vision is to build a business in solar energy and clean technology, exploring innovations like green hydrogen fuel cells and carbon capture systems. I believe the future of construction lies in the seamless integration of renewable energy solutions and sustainable design.
Through this blog, I share insights and practical experiences from both fields — construction management in Canada and renewable energy innovation. From project execution and site leadership to energy-efficient building technologies, I aim to inspire professionals, students, and enthusiasts who want to shape a more sustainable and resilient world.
